Week Nine
Grid work is our big focus at the moment. Select an activity that can be completed at home.
Use the schwa box on your THRASS chart at home and list as many words as you can for each spelling choice (but the same sound!).
Also, collect the names of 15 countries and their capital cities and their Prime Minister or President.
The times table focus is 8x. Remember to mix them up and go past 12 if you can.
Check out the blog. A survey will be up for parents to vote in about blog usage. There is information about THRASS, support work for maths and a spelling game. The link to the Paralympics blog is worth a look too.
