We celebrated our first term together with a 'Fire Night'. This was a culmination of the 'Fire' topic that the whole school was pondering this term. After beginning the evening with a karakia we shared some of the work that was more performance based eg. songs, projects, demonstrations, games and power points. Unfortunately it was the last week that Thomas was with our class before he moved to Wellington. He shared a few memorable chemistry demonstrations and a beautiful piano piece. Next term our theme will be 'air'.
